Our Story

LUX was founded by two passionate movers who believed Brunswick deserved more than just another gym — it deserved a sanctuary of rhythm, reflection, and radiance.

From their shared love of dance, fitness, and fostering connections, Laura and Nada created LUX as a place where movement meets meaning, and everyone can step into their own light.
