Our Weekly Class Schedule

We offer a wide variety of daily time slots across both Studio 1 and Studio 2, with classes running from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Each day features a diverse schedule of fitness, dance, couple‑dance, dance‑fitness fusion, and mindfulness classes—designed to suit every level, age, and lifestyle. Adult and kids programs run separately, with thoughtfully planned timings to accommodate all needs and routines.
